Back in Black - AC DC (best riff ever)
Rational Gaze - Meshuggah (I coulda put half of their discography here)
Chaos AD - Sepultura (intro riff = neck injuries)
The Great Southern Trendkill - Pantera (that outro riff is badassery incarnate in musical form)
Gojira - Toxic Garbage Island - (the verse riff that kicks in after the little pinch harmonic bend thing around 25 seconds in)
Where the Slime Live - Morbid Angel (intro/verse riff - wooooo! Pete Sandoval is also a machine of awesomeness)
Them Bones - Alice in Chains - (finally, something that isn't in 4/4)
Guardians of Asgaard - Amon Amarth (despite the album not being much chop, the verse riff to this tune is impossible to not grin to)
Hammar Smashed Face - Cannibal Corpse (the whole song is just an excuse for the rad half time riff to hit so hard)
Surf Nicaragua - Sacred Reich (this list needs more thrash. sorry. so much good stuff out there...)
Mont Blanc Providence Crow - Solefald (riff is ok, but just gets better with all of the layers of vocals, organs and other crap)

Such a proletarian list, but fuck it.

Tried to get some Maiden in there, given how much I love em, but they're all about the tunes and not necessarily the riffs as such.
