I saw a guy on TGP do this to an old EB-0 I think, turned out amazing.
Was always wondering if filling the tuner hole was really that simple.
I've considered doing this so many times, I think it's time.

Oh man, that finish is so dope. Reminds me of slimer from Ghostbusters.

Thanks guys! yeah it is filthy :p and it does glow under black light :trippy: basically I I needed to do with the flatblack was to fix a run and do another coat.. but a week or so ago I wanted to see what it would look like in green so I blasted it with what was left in a can of florissant green I had from painted my pedalboard… I didn't feel like picking black or green and I wanted it to look fucked up… so I wet sanded it sort'a and than polished it… sort'a than waxed it.. I hate finishing stuff to look nice… and why bother you can get a $200 squire with a nice shiny paint job so fuck it lets make art :thumb:

oh and other shit.. going with a firebird bridge pickup and a muy grande at the neck, also got clear speed knobs coming which I will turn into glow in the dark

Well if this encourages anyone to take some of gibson's crap [all new gibson ideas and builds are crap] and turn them into coolness then well…

Looks good with the green, but I loved that black widow finish. Reminded me of the Bat Mobile from the 1960s tv series. Awesome build dude
