The guy who made the Jim Marshall comment didn't get fired. I don't know if he is still there now but he was there about a month after. The speaker swap thing is true. I paid extra for Silver Bells and I have the 65s in there. Found out when I went to swap out a blown speaker today.

The first time I ordered from them I didn't have any problems and the communication was great. They emailed me constantly letting me know the status of my cabs. The second time I ordered was the complete opposite. They stopped all communication after I paid for it and then when it came it was fucked up. I got the runaround and a million excuses for about two weeks. Dude was a severe asshole and never came through on what he promised to do to fix the cab ( same one I just found out has different speakers from what I ordered). Fuck that guy and fuck that company.

SO...old thread bump.

Emperor's website has been down now for some time. Anyone got the skinny on what's going on over there?

They've been working on heads so maybe a site redesign?

I didn't have a problem with customer service when i ordered from them direct a few years ago, and the cab found on CL was also top-notch. the employee that had the "I WILL FUCK YOU FOR OWING US MONEY" rant has to have substance issues, who types in all caps in the 2010s
