No, I havent quite settled my trem quest. I still have the VFE because it sounds so good and is simple, but for the music I play I really prefer a trem with some tricks like the ramping/momentary switch/expression control of the Tremolessence and Sonar. I'm still not satisfied, though. I don't think my ideal trem pedal exists yet, but these will do for now.dubkitty wrote:so you've settled on the VFE tremolo?

Re: Can you remember... all of your pedals ever ever?
Well, I first had the Fix'd in the Twosome, and really liked the Fix'd side but never used the Musket side, so I sold it and bought the Fix'd Deluxe. However, the Deluxe uses v3 of the circuit, and I found Fuzz 2 to be less musical with that circuit, so I sold that and bought a v2 circuit version of the regular Fix'd Fuzz. So I got the tones I want, and in a smaller package. I don't really miss not having the Fuzz 1 and 2 controls on top, but I might have BE mod it for this at some point anyway.Chankgeez wrote:Why'd you keep the Fix'd and not the Deluxe, blanket?blanket wrote: Blackout Effectors Fix'd Fuzz *

NOPE. NO I DO NOT.
i mean, when stuff pops up i've owned i can remember having one.
BUT THEY ARE DEAD TO ME. FUCKERS BETRAYED ME ON SOME LEVEL AND NOW ARE PLEASURING OTHERS.
inconstant, untrustable little joy boxes.
