Is this a filter that can do some kind of sweep? Or more like the tone knob on the Fuzzwar? I dont really understand what this pedal does yet...
Couldnt find any Sound Saw demos either...

It's a static / manual, so they don't sweep unless you turn the knobs themselves. If it's static it just emphasizes whatever frequency it's set to. Like a stationary wah sound, but more exaggerated. & there are two of them so you can switch between them to change the emphasis frequency. If you listen to A Place To Bury Strangers you can kinda get at how Oliver uses them.
