Also - played some Gibson Burstbuckers in a Les Paul over the weekend, and those things were surprisingly super bright. I didn't care for 'em exactly, but pretty articulate for a LP with HB's in it. I still like the Fender WRHB's better though.

I used to GAS after those BFGs so hard. Maybe one day I'll find one to buy for myself..

The BFG really surprised me. It got some pretty awful reviews, but I played one when they first came out and it was a pretty unique guitar. that neck P90 was killer.
