fifteen or sixteen on the main board with a volume pedal insert (includes tuner)(1); four single-space rack units; a looper board with a stereo pan pedal, two loopers, two EQs, and a buffer. seven of the pedals on the main board are fuzz or distortion of one flavor or another, which may get reduced once i start using stuff outside the house more. if i really wanted to be Calvinist i'd cut down to the Algal Bloom, the 3-knob Great Wall or the Sound Shank, and the Distortion+. i'd like to squeeze at least one more pedal, a ring modulator, onto the board, and maybe a phaser if i can find an old TC unit. sometimes when i'm feeling lazy i just use a PodXT into the rack and/or loopers.
almost everything i have is on the board; i've had to sell the stuff i didn't use to stay afloat the last few months.
I go anywhere from 8-13 usually. Right now it looks like, EHX DMM, Boss DM-2, EQD Ghost Echo, EQD Rainbow Machine, Blackout Effectors Whetstone, Proco Turbo Rat, Fuzzhugger FX Algal Bloom, Malekko Vibrato, Sonic Research Turbo Tuner.
I might be adding a Monarch to this.

Whaddaya got under there? I've always though hiding one somewhere but I've yet to come across an always on pedal.
Heh, Jfet input buffer and an opamp output buffer. Considering building an order changer and having that under two fuzzes so that I can stack them A+B or B+A. If I ever go two amps, or two guitars or something I'd probably put an ABY under the board as well. Just functional stuff that I don't want to take up real estate (and obviously stuff I don't need to switch while playing).

That’s quarter-assed at best.
I like the challenge of fitting everything on a board that fits into my cheap case, which is 5 or 6 pedals max. I have different boards for different jobs of course...but if I bring more stuff I end up doing more knob twiddling than I should.

This is kinda what I do. I have the big board the medium board and the pt-nano. The nano right now runs mxr bass octave>cc/dc>hm2>tremolessence>ghost disaster and that's kindof my grab and go jam board.
I have enough pedals that I'm trying to decide on what to run for a second board. This one's going to be more experimental and will be used the most, but I keep going back and forth on whether to go all-out ginormous or as compact as possible with it. Ginormous because I have a shit-ton of pedals and that console iii coming, small because it's easier to get straight to the playing and I don't get lost in a forest of knob twiddling sounds everytime I plug in.
