i will say that i never had ALL of them at the same time. i'd sell one to buy another, or amass a few and then need to sell them to pay off bills. that list reflects the last 18 years of jerking off a never ending gear-boner. i wish i could have either kept every one of them, or simply stopped wanting any more.

My buddy had a 68'. Gave him nothing but problems, I'm actually the only person who got to hear it haha, every time he used it, it would blow a fuse or a tube etc. I used it for bass once through an Ampeg 810 and it was godly, but man oh man was it unreliable. We read that most people that had Major's just modded the shit out of them, like Blackmore Etc..
That's one hell of a list though dude.
Can't believe you'd sell a Hylight DR103... Sorry, had to say it! Hahaha. My buddy has a 74' DR103
And it is fantastic, even on bass. That's what gave me GAS to get the DR201.

the major gave me no problems, but the guy that bought it from me had major headache after major headache. i dodged a bullet... for real. it sounded fantastic though.
oh jesus christ... that fucking hylight. i miss it so much. i loved that amp more than any other amp. that is my biggest disappointment. i sold it to pay major bills, so i hate all of the bad decisions that lead to that.

I rocked this for a while:

This was fun:

And I played like this for a while:

The Sound City is the only surviving piece out of anything in those shots, and is a lifer. Oh, and that trusty blue lead, 15 years and going strong.

It was one of my first amps, and I honestly don't remember what it sounded like. Was sold before I really got into gear and the sounds I was making. Would likely love it today of course

although I made a good profit on the flip down the road. Think I bought it around '06 for $180, with two peavey 2x10's! Sold the head about a year later for $350 to some cute rocker chic
