and Fender Lead I/IIs. Roger from Mission of Burma played a Lead II. i saw one in the local buy/sell recently and it KILLED me not to be able to buy it and get my "Academy Fight Song" on.

Buy this, put the knobs as pictured and go nuts. Best setting ever. This is my most used pedal apart from distortion. Using it with (pre) distortion cuts through awesomely live as well.

I know that copper picks are at least part of the secret to Steve Albini's guitar sound.

I use bronze ones and they sound fucking great. Using them and some daddario 11's gets helps with getting near that clangy sound that Albini has.
