ok now since we still can't see the problem, I demand you post some voltages homie. you have a multi meter?
http://www.diystompboxes.com/pedals/debug.html
just the part about testing voltages. you don't need to go crazy with a audio probe and a tone generator. buuuut I did just make a video of probing with tone generators so I guess I will post it here.

Redid everything and only one LED works with no sound. So fucking annoying. Not sure what I did wrong. Going to have to go over it very carefully. I almost want to just start completely over but the kit is 60 bucks, so it would suck to have to do that. My wiring is fucking me up though. I need a more flexible wire I think. Any good suggestions?

It's not normal to have no sound when all the pots are at max.

Anything that the typical places carry...mammoth, guitarpcb.com, etc. I bought a roll from mammoth recently for a few dollars.

Thanks,
I flipped the IC's...again....lol. Now I get sound but it's insane sound like my speaker is going to explode. Did I fuck something up or what? Shit!
One LED works, insane sound...yea I'm clueless. I'm going to keep trying to figure it out. I guess this is how you learn right? That was the whole point in this for me. So that's kind of cool. This trial and error shit helps.

is this the right way to wire the pots? the instructions numbers the pots 123 and not 321, like you wired them. But this probably the right way, because the mine sounds insanely high, and the pots don't seam to work has they do in the videos i've saw.

I did not notice that they were indicated 1-2-3 on the plan....lol....it's like they were seen from the top and not the bottom but the right way is 3-2-1 cause in the enclosure, you see the bottom.

It's probably an error on the plan, even the pcp says 321, if it was 123 the wires would get crossed
