I disagree on the unusable point. Most ODs ARE unusable, it's just people haven't figured this out yet. So make a OD into a oscillating fuzz/distortion you suddenly have a real effect vs a placebo-esque toy to make you think you are getting vintage blooz tonez when really you just spent $500 on something a little better then boss SD-1...

iunno, i'd argue that past a certain point oscillation is also a placebo-esque toy to make you think you're making cool sounds, but are actually just buying something to make self indulgent noises at home rather than some useable product

Probably, but at least people who buy crazy oscillating stuff admit they're just toys to make weird noises.

I've got no problem with people buying klons, I just find it amusing, and personally I see an oscillating fuzz as way more useful than an overdrive so transparent you can't tell it's even there...

I'm in. Maybe Brian does guts and Bukowski does the enclosures?
Also, we should incorporate one of these guys:
http://www.jiggawoo.eclipse.co.uk/guita ... ppets.htmlLofomofo, psychtar, jawari, octup, Bronx Cheer all look really cool and pretty simple. So what about a switch that engages some madness?
Or just add a green ringer, or A resonant filter. Resonant filter OD sounds cool.
For art how about a Centaur/Howard Dumle mix and call it the Tonal Gluttony.

In theory, on bass, that would be kinda like the Dwarfcraft MOSES. Truer bypass FTW

Plus, on several occasions, I've used oscillating fuzz musically. I don't feel that it's a toy. I just feel that things can easily be dismissed as toys when one isn't creative enough to utilize them.

Funny. I've heard people say the same thing about the Klon.

I mean, if it's really just a boost, I fucking love boosts.

Can somebody make the graphics for it and I'll print it? Like solid color graphics for screenprinting?
lol what's it gonna be a unicorn centaur or something?
Edit: Brian your pedal art style is super rad do you want to design the graphics?
So many question marks punctuating questions..

Late to the party on this one, but I am totally down. I don't really care to say it...I've wanted a klon for a couple of years, but just couldn't justify the price on the used market for a boost. Really hope this comes to fruition!!!
