Actually, screw it. I'd rather not deal with the hassle, and bring stuff I don't care about to shows I'm not sure of. Rather than have some fool who doesn't understand the cost or the effort inherent in getting the things I have destroying said things.

Also if it's worth a certain amount you can put said items on your home owners insurance, all of my amps, guitars, and drum set are. None of my pedals are worth enough, but I bet you could do it if you grouped it and called it a pedalboard and said that it was one item and was worth "X" amount of dollars.
