That whole unplugged segment is seriously depressing. Incredible record/performance, but one of the saddest (as in
sad) I've ever seen.
I saw them live a year or two ago with the new dude, and that was really fucking freaky.
Yeah.....that Unplugged was intense. I've seen AIC 5 times with Will and he's awesome. Definitely breathed life into a band that's endured so much death and hardship. FWIW, Will has been playing with Jerry since 2000 when AIC was done and Jerry was touring on his solo material. I got to see him 3 or 4 times with Jerry and he has only gotten better over the years. Their new record is AMAZING and I highly recommend all the skeptics give AIC a chance and check them out with Will. I've even had the chance to meet those guys and they're real down to earth for a huge rock band. Good shit!
