Megalith is great, but definitely isn't what I would call "mid-rangey".
One knob Meathead is raw AF but not very versatile, obviously. Could be remedied upstream or downstream (EQ pedal, amp EQ, speaker choice, etc).

Look into the Malekko B:assmaster, plenty of gravelly fuzz texture and articulate (no mud) with lots of tonal options (doesn't get super bassy, but that's off topic)
Audio Monk Fuzzpotion is in the "strong mids" camp. Only issue is Mode 1 and 2 are not unity gain (so pick one or the other, or use as a studio fuzz). Both modes are useful.

Haven't owned an Eu Claire Thunder but the demos look great.

to me, the Doom Bloom has a very amp-like mid-heavy sound :idk:
