Rickenbacker bass. I play guitar, but those things are sexy as hell.

Guitars, I mean its either Gibson LPs, SGs or semi hollows, Gretsches or Fender offsets, I don't really want to play anything else, except some stupid 8 string guitar just for fun and to mess around on. Those things are the tits
So this turned into another devi thread...

All of the bassists in this town play shit like Shecter, Ibanez, or modern customs that aren't bad basses, they just sound like a pussy playing a cream puff though a tissue cloth. Everybody has there basses set to sound like that modern jazz stuff, and it bores the hell out of me. A grindy aggressive fuzzed out RD would scare the shit out of em.

But I love the sound of them a bunch.
awesome signature with witty quotes from all you fuckers :)

The worst part is, I own a fretless Fender J, and all of my friends totally didn't know or expect me to own it. So, I guess that falls under this category, but I actually do own it. In fact, it was my first bass.

Me, I'd love a Steinberger. Someone said in a thread recently something about being able to get a Steinberger, pedaltrain mini, and a lunchbox amp in a backback. Well maybe I imagined someone said it, but anyway that sounds cool to me. I think I'd change out the Steinberger pickups to something lower-medium gain probly tho...

As far as guitars go, I'd have to say either a Fender Mustang or one of those Reverend guitars with P-90s

As far as bass is concerned, either one of those new Reverend Basses or the Spruce Goose (a spruse-bodied bass bult by..uh..Nordstrand, I think? :idk: I cant remember)
