I saw this another forum.
Who do they think they are fooling saying they are targeting working musicians?
No working musician (who plans on getting more work) would show up to a gig with one of these.
I'm not really sure what they think they're doing here.
I'm legitimately pretty confused!

I think it's cool to evolve with time, age, fashion, etc... but I think Gibson misses the point with all the new designs.....

That would be the shit.
There was a builder in the 90's that did a headless bass version that had normal tuners mounted in the body, name escapes me....

I agree, I like Modernes, I got to play a Ibanez lawsuit on once man what a guitar! Also the Moderne shape was draw by Ted McCarty

You can't get much more mojo than that

yeah, and they DID have that one, whose name escapes me, that was basically a firebird as drawn by someone sloshed out of their mind.

On the guitars... yeah... actually I tend to forget there even was a guitar version... But the Bass version

I like active on bass, I like moog, I like kooky shapes so RD bass = win

dunno what it is about bass, but we get away with the kookiest shapes... BC Rich excluded >_>
and yeah. active electronics and bass are wonderful, particularly Lakland and G&L's circuits. there is NOTHING you can't do on those.
