Well there's your problem.

Seriously, why is this always the response I get? I think you should have the right to do what you choose, but I don't want to pollute my blood with some poison that grew out of the ground, I don't care how awesome it might feel.

A trip is more in lines of a virtual reality experience. Like watching a movie you're creating yourself. A walk in a car-crowded city will hurt your body more than LSD or mushrooms.
And weed is not poison. It's in line with aspirin.
And these are like, more like facts. Not really opinions.

Weed is inhaling fire. And just so you know, it is addictive. It has a low risk for dependence, but the risk is not zero.
As far as trips, yes, telling a person who has issues with paranoia to trip doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. You ever think that your headspace might not be the same as mine with this stuff? I can't think of anything more terrifying than watching a movie my mind made.
I'm as sick of drug apologists as I am of religious apologists. I really don't care if you want to do drugs. I don't. I think you should be able to buy black tar heroin at 7-11 if you wanted. But I don't want to and that's all the reason I need not to..
