If you believe it does, it does... Placebo effect I guess... I took the third spring out to bend it easier and it was all loose and janky sounding but when I tightened those screws a lil and put that ring there it snapped into shape and sounded better...

Prolly some kinda Green Hippie Magic...

WITCHCRAFT!!!!!!!

very cool that it helped you get the tone you wanted, you gotta do whatever it takes to ring a little more tone out of guitars.

you leaving the back plate off??

Yep... You know I was just pondering that... On my old US Strat and my current Squier Strat I've left them off but for this Cyclone it seems to feel better and have better Mojos all around if it's on so it's on... Depends on the Guitar but I think generally Strats are just cooler when they're off...

Cyclones are so cool :thumb: I always GASed after one in Musicians Friend catalog when I was younger and couldn't afford anything.

I seriously love my Cyclone! I got turned on to them when I found out the Pillows front man uses them. The tone is pretty sweet. I think its the right combination of the scale length and the pickups.

Are you the middleman?

I can go no higher than zero dollars. That's my final offer.
