I'm getting to school by train and I live in a small village- so there are mostly the same people on the train every day. However, this girl got my attention.. she's new on the train (I've been using it for 4 years now) and looks pretty... you know.. FREAKING BEAUTIFUL! She sat across from me and kept looking at me like she was interested or something Well.. problem being- I am generally introverted and have practically no self esteem... Probably because some girl told me that I am ugly as shit, fat and that I will probably die as a virgin (Well, I know that I'm chubby and I do have a lot of pimples and stuff). I didn't even know her that well.. Back to "train girl": we didn't talk at all.. now I keep seeing her every morning and always think to myself that I am stupid. She even was on my bus home today.. And again, I kept my mouth shut like an idiot... Lately I have been thinking a lot.. especially when I go to bed... you know.. just laying in bed.. waiting to sleep in-- I began to think about all the chances I've missed over the day... not only with girls.. but in general.. I'm feeling pretty down lately. It's all fine as long as I am in school with my friends and stuff but as soon as I have time to think.. I just feel down. Sad...

You should try talking to her. Just start a conversation, there's nothing to lose. It doesn't have to be about anything in particular, plus even if it doesn't lead to anything, you will have gotten some experience and shown yourself that it's not a big deal. People appreciate having someone to talk to on boring rides like that. There's no "too late" to talk.
Try not to worry about what it might lead to or how she might think of you, just perform an exercise in not giving a fuck. She's not gonna be all "EWWW HE TALKED TO MEEEEEEE!!". It's not like you're some creepy homeless dude reaching into your pants while saying "YOU HAVE NICE COLLAR BONES..." or something.
