You won't be happy until you do.

Incoming: Keystep, Volca FM (second time around), Volca Modular (got a preorder deal, could be waiting a month or two)

Out: Minilogue.

The Minilogue is a great synth, but my work/play space is very limited and the volca series fits so much more nicely with my desk and my wallet.

hopefully all it needs are some knobs. already has 3-prong cord, road case, etc.
this arrived yesterday and ooooo weee!
showed up with a tube popped out, and then a fuse immediately went,
but after that this thing is RIPPIN'!
Road case is a really nice Emperor number, too.
Band practice tonite to make sure it doesn't have any real issues - I only played through it maybe 10 minutes yesterday-
and then I'll try it for a bit with a guitar. :!!!:

year of production?

I saw a guy play this one with a baritone jaguar and it was one of the best sounding pair I ever heard

Speaking of GAS:
I finally managed to find somebody to rehouse two of my main pedals, can't wait to have them and finally finish the new board.

Well I probably sound like a fanboy now, but I want a Mudlark. It has a lot of the finer qualities I dig, and there's so many subtleties with volume knob work. I'll probably get one. Fuck it's good

Found one of these slightly discounted via a local dealer through Reverb:

All current Russian Muff variants in my collection may soon be replaced.

This replaced my fuzzers too. They're not exactly "cool", but they sound really great.

I like the sound of the anodized/metal pickguards on jazzmasters more than other pickguard materials: it makes some nice additional treble parts in the sound of the guitar that i really dig. So try it first.

Didn't even think about that! I'll try it out and report back.
