Its pretty funny.
Also not Netflix but I started watching the Handmaid's Tale and I really dig it.
I am going to confess ignorance and admit that I havent read the book but I've been doing some research and it seems as though theyve done a great job placing this adaptation into a current context.
WWPD?

Anyone else like F Is For Family? I could listen to Bill Burr scream profanity all day.
I'm anxiously awaiting Bojack Horseman S4. Surprised no one in this thread has mentioned BJH. That's one of the best shows on NetFlix IMO.
Okja was exactly what I expected. I guess because I wasn't surprised by anything that happens in it, it didn't really make much of an impression on me. It's not bad at all. Just thoroughly predictable.
It also made me want Jimmy Dean sausage. If you've seen it, you know the scene I'm talking about. LOL
War Machine would have probably been better if they'd just come right out and named their main character Stanley McChrystal, but I suppose since Brad Pitt more or less plays a caricature, they went with a fictional name. It's funny. It's sad. It's not as good as Buffalo Soldiers, though.
I watched The Stanford Prison Experiment last week. HOLY FUCK
Nobody Speak: Trials Of The Free Press is actually quite interesting. It gets to its point on a somewhat unclear-at-first, but ultimately clear path that begins with Hulk Hogan's legal smackdown with Gawker. Worth watching just for the stuff you probably didn't already know/put together.
I suppose F Is For Family probably mostly appeals to fans of Bill Burr's stand-up comedy. The animation isn't anything particularly special and the content can be pretty vulgar. You can tell he didn't like King Crimson as a kid. LOL
Sam Rockwell plays the coke-head neighbor, though!
Watching DEGRASSI now and am surprisingly enjoying it!
"SWIPE LEFT ASSHOLE!" -retinal orbita "Whatever ASSHOLE here’s my pedal that makes humpback whale noises and also it has a built in sequencer so stick it in your craw! -retinal orbita "Patty Mullen takes me from a ball peen to a sledge" -The Great Velvet Hammer "...at this exact moment Divine has learned of your jealous scheme from the local town gossip. She also has your address, ASS HOLE!" -Narrator (Mr. J) PINK FLAMINGOS 1 bird per post please
I loved the first season of F is for Family! I'm so glad it got a second season. It was my first exposure to Burr. His stand-up, to me, is just okay. But, the show is ace.
Couldn't get through the first episode of Bojack...
While leaves shall fall, do branches intertwine, that we remain bound.

Bojack is one of my favourites at the moment for sure!

Probably not the best way to pitch it. I'd call it an homage to cheesy 80's horror B-movies.
If you were expecting something like Rosemary's Baby or The Omen, I can definitely see how you'd be let down.
