I would venture to say that the last eight years have been significantly better for the country than the eight years that preceded that, as far as the people in the White House are concerned.

Love you buddy, but the rest of your post isn't worth responding to, tbh.

I would agree that the last 8 years have been an improvement on many fronts.
I don't like falling into that trap where we blame bush for any of the current short comings, but I do think the President inherited a war he couldn't win, a healthcare system that is completely broken and a current american mindset that makes it impossible to process any real change.

LMAO Dude that's five paragraphs of insane 'clash of civilizations' bullshit.

I would be absolutely fine with disallowing any outwardly religious person from living in America, though. I think we'd be much better off. :p

Five deleted paragraphs mind you. :)

I'll never win here. There's not point in arguing.

I'm voting for the Terminator still. His justice will be just.

Well, the history of the Holy Land is pretty contentious.

The history of U.S. foreign policy? Slightly less so?

It's not about winning, anyway, it's about supporting the validity of your position -- which has nothing to do with whether or not anyone agrees with you on this site, despite how it might seem. What you'd said isn't very easy to support beyond insisting that it is, in fact, true.

Yeah it does,
It helps if you blindly look at everything from a "Greatest Nation in the world" Perspective

That way you can wash away an entire History of Human Right's violations

I'm not sure if anything anyone says is. Everyone has an opinion and acts like it's fact, but that's not true.

Here's how I stand on the issues

I'm against abortion.
I'm for gay marriage.
I'm for the death penalty but feel the process needs to be changed.
I'm for the legalization of drugs, not just pot.
I'm against raising the social security draw age.
I'm pro gun, but believe that it needs to be harder to get guns.
I'm pro freedom of speech and think that the Patriot Act can go fuck itself.
I'm for socialized healthcare.
I'm against taxes. In general. I think the IRS is the biggest racket in the world.
I believe in equal distribution of wealth.
I stand behind free college and believe it should be a right of all citizens.
I'm against allowing illegal immigrants into the country without going through some sort of process to become a citizen (I do believe the process should be far simpler and not cost anything though).
I'm for helping other nations, but am against helping them when they obviously don't want our help.

And on and on and on.

I stand behind my convictions regardless of if you believe you are correct. :) Trust me.

Jwar man, that's a pretty cool and open minded list,
Don't think they have a political party for you

I am curious are you against income tax or sales tax or all tax?
And if we don't tax, where does the healthcare come from

Woozle, saying "here's where I stand on X, Y, and Z" is leaps and bounds away from spewing a whole bunch of (frankly incorrect) shit about "here's what's happening in the Middle East", though.

I don't give a fuck about what your convictions are, I care about reading coherent arguments that support your convictions.
