Here's a 20 year old blast from the past... I got this for a $1 at Half Price Books... This was the most "metal" I would get back in '93 during my Shoegaze Dazzze... Kinda reminds me of an east coast hard rock NJ Swervedriver in some parts, my friends never liked it but I used to jam the shit out of it...

Awesome Wells - The Highs and Lows of Witt De Stanton. Beautiful, haunting. The wife doesn't like it.

Neil Young - Live at the Cellar Door. Pretty good (only listened once), but THE live Neil Young recording for me was his 1989 Madison Square Garden concert (Restless Bootleg)

Thee Oh Sees - Carrion Crawler/The Dream. Guess I'm late to the party on this, but thoroughly enjoying it.

I got about 50 buck for xmas, so I hit up Telegraph today to scour the record stores for some good shit. Gotta say it delivered.

There was a restock of Lightning Bolt stuff over at Amoeba, so I was able to get a hold of Wonderful Rainbow, which im psyched to jam out to in the future.

While I was there I was also able to find the second Vinyl in the Table of the Elements series, Stephen O'Malley's Keep an eye out. I've been looking for this one since I first found out there was a series of these. So much drooooone.

Over at Rasputin the Vinyl selection was disappointing unfortunately, but I was able to get Boris with Merzbow // Rock dream and Khanate // KHNTvsSTOCKHOLM, which is apparently rare and was only sold while they were on tour.
