Big boxes are cool. My brake only takes 12 inch material, which limits my largest dimension to 9 or 10 inches depending on sidewall (or 12 without obviously). Eventually I aim to grab an old 36 or 48 inch proper box & pan brake so I can effectively lose my mind.

Popped in to say my Akai synth is sitting in the local USPS hub to be delivered tomorrow, looking forward to having another relatively compact demo source on hand.

Haven't been able to get a reply from Piotr about these so fuck it. One popped up on Reverb and I couldn't resist.

Glad you nabbed it. Price seemed okay enough, but I just couldn’t pull the trigger. I’ve just got a block about spending over $200 on a pedal.

A new Revolver is almost $500 direct anyway. No clue if these were more but it doesn't matter because there are apparently only 5. Hard for something to be a bad price when you can always get what you paid or more if you sell it :idk:

Stoked to triple wield though!

If I remember correctly they were $100 more than the regular dx if you got it straight from Piotr.

OK so dude pretty much sold it for what he paid then. I kind of figured when one of these showed up the person would have gone straight to $1000 or something.

Pretty sure 3 of the 5 DX16s went to ILFers. Now is it 4? Nice score.

So if we get Torn to hang here we can complete the set.

I've always wondered, are the buttons presets? Why the lack of knobs?

Yea, they're presets.

On the original DC-2, it was one at a time - the SDD-320 rack from which it's derived (and why I'm getting this, since it has a SDD-320 mode and I love them just not the price tag) you can hit two simultaneously - a bug that turned into a feature to get different sounds.

Waza adds a modern/better buffer to the DC-2 and extends the 'two buttons do something else' of the SDD to the DC-2 mode as well.

Basically, this will live in an insert eternally for stereo amps.
