Im trying out for a band sunday and I looked at my rack of guitars and realized none of them were set up in standard tuning. C# standard, drop A, drop B, drop B

Bought a pack of regular slinkys and got the jazzblaster setup decent in standard. Played hella Danzig riffs to celebrate.

I prefer hybrid slinkies for E standard, but that's just me. And honestly playing the 8 string so much with higher tension on the standard tuned section, I bet 10-46 would feel great on a 25.5" scale now

why are there no good demos of that new delay mk2 or whatever from ear? grrr

I really dig the rubberneck but I use the rubberneck and oscillation features a lot less than I thought I would.

Analog and tap were the features I wanted.

Fuck. I keep forgetting about the Rubberneck’s loop. At some point that was my reason for holding onto my PS-5.

as a result of lots of factors, I’m not really excited by trying out all the sorts of crazy effects anymore. Seems a shame because I sort of want to try the new dr scientist and chase bliss reverbs, but I think it’s just a habit of wanting to try everything new....

Thinking about trying a new amp. Might further quell pedal lust, especially for gain circuits.

I bought a Souldier guitar strap, and now I want more. I previously thought it was kind of dumb to splash out $25-$35 for a strap, but they are beautiful (well, many of them). Persian, Arabesque, Ellington, the floral ones, so many good ones.
