it shouldn't, but it does make me kinda pleased to have my prototype particle bought fresh from Curt  (the matte gray is the sexiest finish btw)

next self-validation project: holding onto my hollow earth for when sonic crayon gets picked up by Vintage King

That new Walrus pedal sounds really cool. Probably won’t buy one, but wouldn’t mind trying one out for a bit. Pretty sure I’ve got a lot of pedals that can already cover fairly similar territory

Also, watched the Reverb demo for it, which mainly made me gas for a Wurlitzer or a Rhodes or even a Pianet

This. I really need to be better at trying to roll my own versions of things with my rack toys.

cre8audio teaming up with Pittsburgh Modular again, this time on a semi-modular (there's an East Beast, too, for those of you who resist the Buchla tide):

I could have sworn that they already released that one. Perhaps it was just the inevitability of it coming out of Boutique Amps Distribution after the Friedman, the Bogner, and the Diezel.

Yeah.. personally I don't feel the things... I wish the trend of the tube pre in a box would come back.. those are fun with a cool clean amp.. sure... a bit dumb.. but so are these mini amps

These are basically just the pedals they make for the different brands + a cheap power section, so I'd bet an SLO pedal will turn up soon (and probably with more features than the mini), which I will definitely peep.

:idk: 4th time around for that idea right? I think seymour duncan started it? then H&K [it's what they did before the tube man stuff] and then Randal I think.. If what I saw was right... I mean it's a cool idea.. don't think it would work in my world..
