Just watched the first episode, eh. Like you said, not terrible, but not very good either.

I haven't watched Archer since season 6...lost interest. But man some great comedy to be had in this series.

That's really disappointing to hear, I've been saving it for my next few days off. I wasn't really into the premise very much and didn't think the last season was very good either, I guess they're right to be saying it's coming to a permanent end.

Castlevania was rad as fuck.
Man, i'd kill for an adaptation of Metal Gear 1 - especially after Phantom Pain.

I said it before and I'll say it again. Iron Fist is rad as fuck. I don't know what people are smoking but it's just as good as the rest IMO. I'm on the last like two episodes and I've loved it. They've done great justice to Danny. Now, what sucks is they changed a TON of the story, but I look at it as more of a re-imagining. Again, I loved the comics growing up. My favorites were the Power Man and Iron Fist comics. I fucking loved those. I have bunch of Iron Fist stuff around my house somewhere in a box. My Grand Mother had all the older Marvel comics when I was growing up because her son (my uncle) had a subscription to Marvel. So I got a bunch of cool stuff done the road. I'm going to search and see if I can find them.
Great stuff either way. I can't wait for The Defenders.

I agree with jwar. Iron Fist was my second favorite Marvel show. I don't get the hate.

I just finished iZombie Season 3 a week or so ago. Initially, it seemed darker and less LOL-worthy than prior chapters of the story before the mood lightened a tad toward its conclusion. Something about the direction (or lack thereof at times) led me to believe the series may be drawing to a close.
I've always wondered what Big Muff version was used to record that intro riff.

Yeah, I get that.
There's only so far you can go with a zombie show like this before you run out of shit to do.

Here's a pic of Dax Riggs' board from ~2010, so I'd guess he used a Rat rather than a Pi.

The Void is not the movie to watch while eating sushi.

Thanks for the board pic. I thought unmodded Rats sounded more focused, though guitar tone knob rollback in conjunction with the right pickup, amp, etc. combo could likely bring out some Muffiness ... and maybe there's a bit of POG at play.
The missus and I have been deviating from our seasonal Twilight Zone marathon tradition and began streaming a few episodes each night. It is one of my absolute favorite TV programs of all time and still holds relevance today.

Update: finished S3.
Honestly, the way it ended would've been the perfect way to end the series.
So, I'm actually not really looking forward to S4 because I'm 95% certain it'll end up being some sort of let down.
Although, now I'm curious if they plan to bring back her family even though I absolutely despised them and hoped someone would just shoot her mother in the face.

Halfway through season 3 at the moment, not enjoying it as much as the first two but still good overall.
I've hated the theme song since the first episode.
