I think it would be really great to have a resonance control on the LPF + HPF patch that could get the filter self oscillating or on the verge of self oscillation in clean BitQuest mode.
Another thing I'm thinking about that would be cool is a combined speed + depth control for a Random / S&H or Stepped LFO (like on the Quasar DLX) on the Bitcrusher / Sample Rate Reducer (modulating the sample rate), Delay (modulating the repeats or delay time), Reverb (modulating the mix) and maybe also the Pitch Shift and Notch Patches but I don't know whether any of that's doable.
For the Ring Modulator it might be cool to have a control to change the waveform of the modulating signal.
Just rambling thoughts really, nevermind.
I'm curious what you're going to come up with!

haha that rules, I love it! I love the idea of Santa as tormentor.. there's a couple euro movies on Netflix that have that theme, should check 'em out.
I've been busy working on the last orders of the year, making new Trems.. still am for a couple days probably.. so I'll go over more details soon about the clean patches etc. I hear yous about the jewel but it's a small detail really when compared to how the clean patches will open up the power of the BQ. Already got the new pcb layout nearly sorted, everything fit ok. Here's the new box layout with toggle switch and a slick surface LED like I was gonna use in the first place..
We'll talk more BQ soon!

Looks SEXY! Can't wait to see the etched boxes too.
I don't mind losing the jewel. As long as that LED shines with the force of a thousand suns.

Very cool! This thing is going to look so nice next to my Elements and Tremolessence with all of those little knobs and toggles!
Question about the third control knob - does it keep its value when you switch back to the high gain mode? If so, does it keep that value when you switch to other modes and then back again? I figure that that it beyond what is possible with this, but I figure it's worth asking about.

I actually really like that LED. It looks classy but cute as the same time. My idea of a good time.
