Been playing music (edit: DJing if you might call it that) with my buddy at a local bar last night. his girl dumped him two days ago after years of emotional vampirism and I am borderline depressed these days, so we decided to focus our effort on music for the broken hearted. We did have a streak of afro beat and samba in there but that was just temporary until we found our way back to Pedro the Lion or Mississippi John Hurt. 'Damone' is fucking mind blowing. I loved, LOVED that song when I was 15. Complete positive nostalgia right there man.

The Team Sleep record has some cool songs on it, not a bad record, but it's definitely not like Deftones.
Also, Diamond Eyes kicks ass.
