If it's anything like the A-110-1 (Standard VCO), it'll be a top notch piece of equipment.
It probably rules, I've never been let down by a module from Doepfer.

also, about to do an order for more Black Market Modular patch cables. was a GOOD choice to go with color coded for length. but each time i patch up a mess i have like 2 left over or need to use not the correct size.
was going to grab a passel of the Not TipTop Audio stackables too. like the color selection a lot better. anybody use thems?

Thanks fellas. Indeed the Mannequins stuff is fantastic. It has great character. I'm thinking the IFM stuff will be a great compliment, also with a unique character. It will probably take a while to get what I want out of it.
Still having a hard time trying to use Just Friends in anything other than sound mode.

Got a patchulator explicitly for this purpose. And also because then moving from modular pedal setup to guitar pedal setup with be a piece of cake

Link? Would love to see and will stay tuned for anybody's input. I hate the Stackable choices... such horrible primary/secondary kiddie playground colors

gonna order 15 of four different lengths to start i think. they get CLOSE to matching the BMM i love, so will be nice to have color coding stay consistent throughout all the cables.

see, i'm kinda.... offended at the LMNTL's. they COMPLETELY ripped of Black Market Modular. they're basically.... identical. colors too.
i think Analogue Haven carries BMM.

I think Black Market Modular designed their cables and got a Chinese company to make them (excellent design, btw) and that company asked other manufacturers if they were interested in getting the same product with a different logo and colours.
I have some Erica Synths cables that are basically that (in white and light blue). I got the first few as a bonus with modules I bought from them at Tokyo Festival of Modular last year and then got some more when I ordered a module from them. I would have gotten the BMM ones instead if I had the choice but shipping is a PITA for me...

Back with another Q. Does anyone use a sequencer/phrase recorder/idk what else you would call this that allows for heavily unquantized drums? If it can also do quantized, great, but I'm looking for something I can use instead of using my Analog Rytm for drums. Think some FlyLo Zodiac Shit style of drums. I'm getting a little sick of the x0x style sequencing, but the Rytm might just be the smartest option out there.

Ok guys. I want to DIY my first one for fun. What's a good first one to DIY? Just say "here's a good deal and it's easier to do".

Like DIY a full system in one module?
The Erica Synths one is throughhole:
http://ericasynths.lv/en/shop/diy/diy-k ... nth-voice/
The Nonlinearcircuits Null-A2 is all SMD. Probably not a good first SMD project

I have no idea if the Dreadbox Hades is throughhole or not:

And there there is the Anushri Monosynth + Drum Machine package:
