Recorded with the new board last night. Did some guitar tracking. Never in my life has it been so easy for me to get the sounds that I want out of a board. I'm so pleased with everything. For recording I think I will be adding a Boss Bass EQ for when I track bass. But other than that it was soooooo good

I don't I'm afraid. I've been looking for one. The best place I've found that sell strings is stringsdirect.co.uk.

juststrings.com sell internationally, but their shipping is ridiculously really high. It's worth buying from them if you're stocking up on $200 worth of strings. But that's not a good idea unless you're swapping them out every four weeks. The strings will tarnish and oxidise by the time you get to them all.

Snow day so i took a chance to mess with Mobius, TL and Bluesky and recorded clips DI into my interface. Also had a POG2 in there sometimes.

That;s what we used to use as well (myself and our other guitarist would by a case of 10 packs), but nowhere ever had them in stock around either of us, and we were constantly ordering them through guitar center and for some reason they sould sometimes take weeks to come in. Got sick of the hassle.

i ordered a bunch of sets from naked strings but found myself overly irritated with the packaging. all the strings of one size come bound together, so you get six bundles of strings. you can't get out one string without undoing the whole bundle, then you have to wind them back up. or you can sit down when you get the strings and unbundle them all and make individual sets and package them yourself in a sensible way, which is also a pain in the ass. i know it's kind of the idea, no packaging and it's cheaper, but i eventually decided that even with how broke i always am, i'd rather pay an extra dollar or so a pack to save the headache. especially 'cause there wasn't anything special about them. they break just as much as other strings and i couldn't tell a sound difference. they also didn't have exactly the sizes i'm used to. i just play d'addario 13-56's. although i may try that set someone posted with the heavier bottom string if i can find them.

This place is great, used 'em for years.

Recently started going to Bass Strings Online for my stuff tho, no fear, they have guitar strings as well. Best prices on the DR Tite Fit and Nickel Low Riders that I favor on my shit. Pretty sure they get down with the int'l shipping too....
