Excellent stable of fiddles there, Raphaël! And I love how not SG'ish that SG looks, I'm Drinking Cement.

yeah i was going to go with the 60's tribute in white with p90's but the sunburst, cream pickguard, and big inlays i had to go with the 70's tribute.

Wow that teisco thing is so cool! I have that teisco, tempting to put a new neck on mine as well as it is a baseball bat and a bit twisted too..

Did you do it yourself?

Woah, is that the new '65 AVRI? I love the neck binding. I'm really considering selling/trading my Ric (360) for a Jazzy

A fender with neck binding sounds  to play. Always had Strats with the cut-your-hand-up poorly-finished frets, and that sorta turned me off of Fenders for a long time.

Hey myrrh,

I love my Thing too :)
I kind of did it myself. As you know it a small body, but not a short scale...and I wanted a shortscale so bad!!!!
So I bought a Musicmaster neck.
I just had help from my "luthier" (instrument maker???) to cut the silver pickguard for the neck and adjustments for the bridge...because of the bigsby, it was impossible not to put the bridge "in" the pickguard :).
He also checked the pups and wires...but I did the most of it, I was with him. Supergreat!!!

I'm so happy with this guitar that I did'nt touch my Strat and my LP for almost two years!!!!
So change your neck!!! do it!!! you won't be disapointed.
Ok that's a cheapish guitar, but the pups have a unique flavor...and I like the shape of that body.
Now she is as valuable as the other I've got.

Anyway, I want to "built" another guitar now, maybe an archtop, based on a Harmony rocket body or something like that.

It looks excellent, man. I'm obsessed with Jazzmasters. I do highly enjoy my Rick but I'm hoping to build a surf green, rosewood fb, nitro finish Jazz by spring. I hear Novak JM pickups are superb.
