Here's a full body shot. Turns out I had the bridge and neck pickups switched, but I kind of liked it that way. So I dunno. Switched them around in the meantime. Going to get some Cobalt 12's for this guitar since high E broke yesterday.

You should sell that axe to me!

Got this yesterday! Gibson SG Special from 2009, you could call it mint condition or not used at all. Cost me about 380$.

I've added a couple of new guitars to the family this week.
Firstly I'd been wanting to get a second acoustic for a while, so I can leave one in standard tuning and one in an alternate (DADGAD lately). I came across this little El Degas parlour guitar locally on CL, seems to be 70's Japanese made. Sounds great and looks like great quality wood to me, sides and back look like rosewood to me and the fretboard appears to be ebony (albeit not the most cosmetically please ebony, its got a lighter streak on one side). Case is really ratty, but it's either not been played a ton or has been fairly well taken care of and refretted at some point, I think the latter is more likely. Paid $90 for it.

And then today the girlfriend and I drove across the border to Washington to do a bit of shopping, and I took the wrong exit at one point. Saw a pawnshop which had a separate store for music gear and thought it was worthwhile to stop in. First thing I saw was a lucite guitar so I went straight for it. Played great and sounded pretty good through some crappy amp, they were asking $275 but I talked it down to $230 ($250 with tax).
Branded Raven, from what little I've found on these googling it's 70's made in Japan by Matsumoku. Heavier than fuck, tons of sustain. I love how it has a bridge pickup, and uh... another bridge pickup. Weird. Haven't had a chance to play it through my rig yet, definitely tomorrow though.

Bonus shot of the whole family:

Greg Ginn's guitar with Black Flag.

I think raven was a rebranded matsumoko/teisco/japanese guitar, that was mainly sold in canada?

I don't know if it was mainly sold in Canada or not, but yeah my understanding is that Raven was under the Aria umbrella and mostly produced by Matsumoku. I've seen a few Hi-Flyers that were branded Raven rather than Univox. Those old Japanese guitar companies are confusing as hell, lots of different brand names used in different countries, and very few records left (as far as I know Matsumoku's records were all lost when the factory burned down).

Yesterday was new guitar day. Haven't had a chance to plug it in, but I'm pretty happy with how it plays.

'93 MIM Strat with Mighty Mite Single Coils. Unsure if the pups are older, newer, decent or what. I was just looking for something to dink around in standard tunings. I might block the trem.
I figured it would be a nice companion to my Tele Deluxe RI which I'm tuning to Drop B (but may just do C# standard and drop down when I need to).
I need to get a new bridge for the Tele. The intonation screw on the Low E is stripped and rather than just getting a new set of saddles,....I figured I'd just replace the whole assembly with one from Callaham Guitars.

Callaham makes some really great stuff.
I replaced my Mustang Special's Strat hardtail bridge because it looked all kinds of wrong. Wanted a full Callaham replacement but they don't offer a Toronado-style bridge I was after.
Regardless, I used their Vintage "CG" bent steel saddles (narrow 2 1/16" for the MIM like your Tele ^) and they're top notch! Very sturdy and well crafted, guitar intonation is spot on, and the best part is they send short AND long saddle screws so you don't have 'em digging in your hand if, like me, you rest it on the bridge. I'd imagine a full bridge setup from them would only be an improvement.
