Yeah I think ima have fun with this one. It also looks like there is room for me to add further noise makers onto it like drum pads and Velcro and stuff like that there.

I wound up buying that book and a book on scales for guitar. The plan is to memorize the scales, try to deliberately play them wrong, but mess up in my trying to play them wrong because I am not a gifted player. That way, no one will have any idea what the scale is. It helps I don't tune my instruments properly. It's like that footnote in INFINITE JEST with James Orin's filmography "He mistakenly mistakes the mistake". Post-Mistake-Core will be my new tag. That and Post-Crust-Gaze.

I've been a fan of his YouTube channel for years and only just discovered he has a BandCamp. Sorry I'm posting so much in the way on concrete but that's where my interests are these days.

I kind of want a revox but I know tape is expensive and even if it isn't, I truly fear stubbing my toe on that machine.

Do you listen to Kevin Drumm? 1. I think you would enjoy 2. That was my introduction to the concept of a 'prepared guitar' (even though his discography goes well beyond that AND I strongly prefer his material that is NOT rooted in that).
