Need to get back into a routine myself. I have successfully stayed under 200lbs for over a year now though, feels really great, but I'm not quite done yet. It's always been more about health than appearance for me.

I rode my bike into a ditch tonight 'cause the people driving down the street toward us turned on their brights while they were still like 200 feet away and I couldn't see shit. lulz.

I stopped eating meat/eggs/milk and have been doing it for a while now and I feel 3times more full of energy then when I was eating meat.
Also, about 95% of my diet is raw stuff, and it feels great too. Dunno. I was always against vegetarianism, but it seems to work fine. I'm watching my protein intake and eating whatever and it's great.
I'm actually thinking about buying a lot of hemp seeds for food. Does anyone have some experience with that?

Hemp seeds are a good vegan protein source for sure. Eat lots of nuts and seeds, too.
I got my old kettlebell back this week. It's a 35-pounder. Did a workout with it this morning, and GODDAMN did it kick my ass. Looking forward to more.

I'm probably going semi back to this soon. I haven't been paying a huge attention to my diet recently, but when I am I eat vegan 90% or more of the time, with small occasional portions of meat products the other 10% or less of the time.

An old roommate went raw a year or so ago. He also cleaned up a bunch of other "habits" but it's treated him really well. I'm pescatarian myself but thought he was nuts initially...

For y'all who get sources of protein / food in general from vegetarian / vegan sources:
Do you spend less / more / about the same on your food compared to eating meat / dairy? I'd like to start going that way myself but I don't know if it would be viable to me with my income. & I tend to feel the need to eat a lot of food all the time, even when keeping my intake of carbs at a moderate level.,. but that could be a different issue.
I just wanna have some money to spend on pedals, too

22pounds of hemp seeds cost 33$ where I live, but we're on another continent so you better check that out.
and it's just to give you an idea, cuz I'm new to the whole thing and I'm just discovering all the charms myself ^^
parkour practice today, WOOOOOOOOO!!!
