Is stompcore a real thing?
I just have a tendency to hardcore stomp when I get going.

I'd probably stomp pretty hard if I weren't doing lead or backing vocals most of the time. I'm putting too much concentration into playing guitar and singing right now that I can only kind of awkwardly flop in the general direction of the intended pedal. This is why I need to practice, practice, practice.

I've noticed some Godspeed You! Black Emperor showing up in my guitar playing over the past few days, like similarities in the melody to "East Hastings" or the rhythm of another song I can't remember, but know it's them. Which is really weird, since I haven't listened to anything from them in about a month.
