That's sweet.

Just curious because I rarely meet people who sleep as poorly as I do.

Nope. I actually don't move at all once I fall asleep, and I always sleep in the same position... until my girlfriend kicks me awake because it freaks her out. I sleep on my back with my hands crossed on my chest, and my legs together. She calls it "coffin sleep".
unownunown wrote:hey have you two tried melatonin? take a little when you want to go to sleep. usually one dose is enough to 'reset' my sleep cycle and schedule.

No I haven't. I actually have some though, so I'll have to try it.

Yes. Any vitamin/supplement store/pharmacy you go to stocks it.

Well I need to go to more stores then,
buy drugs for sleeping.

although if I could sleep I wouldn't have any cool guitar paint jobs and I wouldn't have finished writing that book.

Melatonin really probably is the best option. It actually, like unown said readjust your schedule rather than simply knock you out. Otherwise you can go with Antihistamines as far as OTC or Zolpidem(Ambien walrus pics to come) and benzos for pharmas.

As someone who has a...erm...condition that is agitated by inconsistent sleep and worked third shift from February to yesterday(and also a closet pill-popper) this is a specialty of mine

I recommend Reaper. The 2 seasons that were made are on Netflix instant. It's a great show - very funny. Started watching it like a week ago.

I have watched every better off Ted, I love that show

I always tell people to "walk away tall", but I am the only one who gets it.

The best scene in that entire show I think was the Jabberwocky presentation.

Better Off Ted was pretty awesome. I didn't think I'd like it, but I loved it.
