We were thinking of trying not to get down there for a holiday this year but with the house build and all I'm not holding my breath.
I don't know how my wife would take to coming home from holiday with another amp.

Plus I'd want another week off just to dick around with it.

Not sure if you've had a Fuck before or not, but I don't know if thats a great swap especially if you use the three footswitches on the palisades. IMO, Fuck sounds arguably better but the Palisades has it on versatility. Took three pedals to replace my Palisades, one of which was a Fuck.

To be more precise, I was thinking of replacing my Boneshaker and my Palisades with an Empress Para EQ (which has a boost) and a Fuck, since I'm already getting a Buzzz for my face melting fuzz needs. But yeah, that palisades is super versatile and I love it. GAS is just talking funny to me. I should try the buzzz stacked with the Pali before making any decisions.

That's definitely my trick when it is an option. Get the new thing and decide whether to return it or flip the old thing. Just means you need all the cash up front. Good luck with that gas

Someone is selling one of these near me, but I literally can't find any info on what a good price for this is. The only two things that come up in google are a super old ebay auction where it sold for 1 bid $100, and the guys reverb auction where he has it for $315. I have such a boner for these sounds though. ILF be my guiding light.
