I've been thinking of finding a sample of dial-up noises to load into Radio Music

Volume warning holy shit.

Put that into a LPG/Snappy envelope and you have random noise percussion. But then again you have an Basimilas already, so you probably can get similar sounds in that range.

Made this thingy out of a single speech sample as an experiment. Not a good composition by any means but I like many of the sounds and it helped me learn fun phonogene stuff and where to go to get certain sorts of sounds and that kind of thing.

I know this isn't a very practical module for most but i'm amazed by the Instruo Scion which converts biometric feedback to CV from any living thing (attach it to a plant, your finger, your cat, a fruit bowl, etc or just use the pressure point on the gold leaf on the bottom of the module). It's really just fascinating to me but after a few days with it i'm finding useful applications for it. It's also the BEST looking module i've ever seen and THAT is important.

Here's a few examples from yesterday:

Wow that looks really good. I've got a befaco crush delay, but found out when I plugged it in that something's off and it only does one repeat :picard:

If I'd seen it sooner. But then again, I wanted that sweet feedback loop. (btw the DPLR is 2x PT2399 chips)

Regarding clouds and ease of usability; just got my micro clouds, and damn is that intimidating to use instead of the bigger version.

It's the same thing really, but when everything's that small it does something to the thought of using it. When I did use it however, plugging it into the left and right to my stereo output module.. absolute heavenly bliss. so good.
jia. uClouds makes me happpppy. now. just waiting on the non beta version of Parasite + Kammerl. GIMME.

and was super interested in the DPLR, your words suh. they have swayed me. so got them to chuck in the box (loooove Detroit Modular) with the ALM Tangle, their Offset/Attenuverter and the Dreadbox multiple. 2hp Mix hit today, in black!

WOOT UTILITIES.

Traded my Rainmaker for a DLD and some cash. High hopes. Think I’ll set aside the cash for the Tetrapad or a used Nano Rand, whichever comes first.
