eddie vedder is so much butt. Everything that comes out of his mouth is either farts, shit or dicks(which have already gone in).

That sucks. Mine got pushed back another week because the bassist is moving in with his girlfriend. Who does that? lame ass shit

There's two people in my class I wish would disappear forever. This one girl who thinks she knows everything and flipped shit when my professor was joking around and said "I'm pretty sure the nazis went through a weird fad with the whole anti semite thing, and they are pretty much past that" and she went off on this 10 minute rant, and she wouldn't shut up so he just ignored her and carried on with the lesson.

Then, the kid that tried hitting on a chick by telling her that he is taking more credits than what full time qualifies, like credits relate to penis size. So despite her being pretty slutty, she wasn't wet off of his description of credits, so now he cracks lame jokes at least every 5 minutes to try and get her to laugh. She's not into you, just shut up!

It pisses me off man

You ever get so tired that it feels like you aren't getting enough oxygen out of the air you breath in?

yeah it's better now... the fight wasn't pretty but we're cool again and the panic attack... well i'm just a bit nervous and shaken now, besides that it's OK

thanks for asking, seriously... i was afraid all i would get was "what did you fight?"

Of course. My ex used to have panic attacks a bunch. It's weird how helpless she looked during those moments.

I had a few at work a few weeks ago, when I get them I clean stuff, I know that sounds strange but I was on my knees scrubbing tile in the breakroom

I had one a few years ago... it was because a dog chased me.. when I was 4 years old a dog nearly bit my hand off... so it was kind of a trauma.. and because of that other dog chasing me it all came back (that's what the doctor said)... My pulse was so high that blood vessels in my eyes and in my nose popped and I started bleeding pretty hard... When I got home from the hospital I did not leave my room for two days... and to get me out of the house it took another week... god.. I would not want that stuff like that ever happens to anyone...

Yeah, it's pretty rough stuff. Telling yourself that you aren't going to have a heart attack or whatever just barely helps.
Sleep and exercise are the two best things you can do if you're feeling really anxious imo.

I have them like twice a year? I'm not really freaking out about any animals or so but sometimes i can't handle hardcore emotional situations :idk:

it's usually pretty unexpected and uncontrollable... but i absolutelly hate how it freaks out people around me (so far two girlfriends and mom)

Is there something that's like a cross between a panic attack and an adrenaline rush except minus emotions? Whatever that is, I get that.
