Sorry you have to experience the constant resetting but there is nothing that can be done. The Ic change won't probably do anything as I try different batches and everything is the same when you run a 5v ic on nearly 7v and so on. But this tricks (should be secret, but who cares) allow for minimum latency, more overtones on the moomindrone, allow the drives and so on. Basically they allow the pedals be the way they are.

So I see you are making an uber carpet? May I ask why you would release the carpet in a limited 5 quantity as if it is something special to get in on only to release a better version shortly after? Had I known this I would have just waited for the better version.

This happened to the tape (the tape+) as well, if I'm not mistaken. If this is the case, I would probably also have waited for an uber carpet.

I'm sorry if i upset you in any way. That was just a tease, never meant to make anyone of my dearest customers feel bad. It took me a couple of years of experimenting to bring the Carpet to life. So an upgraded version as well as ubertape, uberdrone etc will come out some day, but not soon at all as I have a very limited time to design anything now.
The limited quantity of the Carpets was limited due to the limited quantity of needed rare obsolete ICs in my possession. I announced it like this as ordering new ICs and waiting for them to reach my house is not a quick process. I got lucky with the RAM - found a very nice USA seller who also ships fast. The other IC needed is still crawling from China. And the post may lose it. It has already happened. So for that time these 5 carpets were the only ones available in this batch.
And about the limited run of 5 pedals - I make very small quantity of pedals because in many ways I cannot afford to make more. This all is in no way your problem and I really try to satisfy my every client. So I apologize for any trouble I have caused. Be sure - I am always here for you and my primary interest is to bring you the joy of playing with new crazy toys.

The Tape received a minor upgrade as many people asked for these features and it was not a big deal to add them. The same was with Moomindrone when literally everyone wanted more functions so the basic version was not needed anymore.
Btw, I almost forgot to thank you, guys. Really. As there is noone to tell me if some if my decisions are wrong as i'm working alone your ideas are very valuable and helpful. Ezhi&aka - born in Russia, raised on ILF.

I know I can say I would've waited for an Uber Carpet, but honestly there is no way in hell I would've actually have been able to make that wait . If the feature set of the Uber Carpet looks cool when it comes out, looks like I'll have to get another Carpet to match the one currently heading to me!

I think it makes sense. A lot of companies release uber versions down the road from their originals. So if you dig this, you'll love the uber. I'm sure if you want to sell the original you'd be able to easily here. Lots of want for this cool stuff!

I'm just happy being able to get stuff like this. Seems like we are the frontrunners of a cool company we wouldn't have been able to be if someone here wasn't such a pedal whore. hahahaha

That is absolutely true and I am really grateful to all of you for this. You know, the normal business is done like this - you have an idea and some skills, you go to the bank, lend some money to start the business, build what you wanted to sell (probably not 5 items like I do ) pay off the debt and buy new materials on the income. I couldn't do it that way, so in my case it is - sell everything you saved from the divorce, buy some components, build some pedals, sell them, pay bills and buy some cup noodles, some more components and repeat. When I say I am a small builder - I am not lying
But seriously, guys, go to google, search ezhi&aka - ILF and my website. Some youtube videos. That's all. I've got some people in Russia who know about me and a couple of customers came from Youtube - the vast majority of supporters are you. So I am always on your side. If you need something - just ask. I'm a very simple Russian guy, no high thoughts about 'being an artist noone understands' or nonsence like this. Plain and simple and here for you, because you have been literally feeding me for the past 4 months
