Yeah that's right, Behringer are uhm..."copying" a bunch of old pedal designs, mainly Boss, but I think they've started doing clones of Line6 stuff, as well as the EHX DMM. The Slow Motion is...I dunno, you could do the same trick better with a good volume pedal, I think, but it has it's moments.
