Re: THE BEER THREAD(?)----->!!!
So I get my fancy-pants german slider-style keg tap in today so I can tap my keg of Franziskaner sitting in my kegerator. And wouldn't you fucking know it, it's TOO FUCKING TALL FOR MY KEGERATOR. So now I have to drop 15 bucks on a 90-degree elbow adapter, and wait another fucking week. This is torture!

Finishing off a 4-pk of Dogfish Head 90min IPA. Didn't have time to chill it, so I'm drinking it warm, you pussies.

Had a Meantime Scotch Ale last night.

I'm used to Founders Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale; the Meantime was a little thicker, if that means anything, with a heavier taste and a bit of a TANG on the end of it.
Just having a Sierra Nevada Torpedo tonight.

Drinking the last of my Dogfish Head 90 min ipa and Midas Touch for dinner. Expect obnoxious posts unless I pass out first.

Nice! I like the looks of that 'un. I'll have to try to track some down!

The elbow adapter for the tap came in tonight, and I now have Franziskaner flowing. FUCK YES.

Best beer in austria (well at least my favorite beer here): Puntigamer!
It's a nice, full beer.
http://www.puntigamer.at/index.php
The best beer-mix here in austria:
Gösser Naturradler
It's a mix between a full Märzen (idk what that means in english) mixed with fresh lemon-juice... tastes pretty good after a hard day

Yo dudes-
I've recently started branching out from standard pbr/natty/stones available at Parties/Rugby and learned that I actually like beer
So far my favorites have been Oatmeal Stouts/Imperial Stouts- do y'all have any suggestions on bottles or different types of beer to try?

Someone help this brah out... I'm not huge on Stouts except for in the winter and it's been a while so I've forgotten what I like. If you're way across the sea you'll probably have a hard time getting a hold of Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout, but MY MY, that's a good 'un. I'm aging one right now in my closet.
Tonight I'm having this:

Avery Dugana IPA
Shit's strong. Only had a bit and I feel puuuuurdy good. Complex taste that I am being surprised by at different intervals.
Nummers.

Totally different from stouts, but I fucking love Belgian Wheat beer. Just got started on a 6 pack of Hoegaarden as we speak.
