When I make a post, I always check about 10 times that I posted in the thread I intended.

I've gotten to the point where it doesn't even matter what pedals I play through anymore. As long as there's some semblance of getting close to what I want out of 'em, I can get good sounds out of nearly anything. I'm just happy making noise.

I just had a focus group where I got paid $100 cash for talking about a commercial for 40 min. When I was done I met my girlfriend at a burger place because she and a friend were was waiting for me there. While they were finishing their drinks, the people at the table next to us left, leaving a half plate of sweet potato fries and onion rings behind. I ate them.

but it's absolutely true that a "good drummer" wouldn't have worked in the Stripes, any more than one would have worked in Big Brother and the Holding Company.
