Im sure Tom is enjoying his $20K+ in income in a day and growing his business. If some randos make $100 reselling his pedal one time that means he's doing a damn good job making a desirable product.

You forget that a lot of people here aren't capitalists, for one.
Two, not everyone has to agree with the Tom. We know where he stands, and it's fine if he's not concerned about it. But bear in mind that he's also not buying his own pedals.
His pedals are fairly priced, but they're still plenty expensive. So, when somebody decides to one-up that by nearly (or actually ) doubling the price, they're gonna face backlash.

Consumers don't bitch about the stock market because they're probably not in stocks. But I bet you could find plenty of stock brokers that bitch about this sort of thing if you go to wall street.

I keep sending $22 offers to the flippers.

I have an Outward from this batch as well as one of the first six that went out. There's definitely some differences between the two. The older one feels more choppy and glitchy, which i kinda like, and it also seems like the values for the speed control are slightly different. I do like the inclusion of the sample indicator LED on the new one, makes it easier to know when the pedal is sampling.

Agreed about the sample indicator light. Seems like a great idea.
Interesting that the new version is more smooth. As to which
is better (old choppy glitch or new smooth), like you said,
that might be a matter of preference. Like with peanut butter,
salsa, soup, or jazz.

Anyone else getting popping sounds when using the hold function? it's like 50/50 for me.

Knobs + econ101 = flip city

Have about an hour with this pedal and the highlight has been: it's what I wanted the Particle to do- the longer slices are key. The indicator led is noice, and it had that coveted (for me anyway) ability to surprise with what it spits out.

Haven't played an OG, but this one can be plenty glitchy.

Def honeymoon phase right now, but liking what this box does.

Re: pops, small sample size but he few times I used the hold I didn't notice anything.

This reminded me that RedPanda was supposed to be coming out with something similar (unless they shelved it because this turned out better ).

I think the Red Panda thing is supposed to be more along the lines of Space Station tape stop/reverse/forward.
