Saw them during the IN Rainbows tour back in 2008, one of the best concerts i've ever been, and luckily i was alone, focused only on the music.
Lights, stage, musicianship, setlist, general feeling: for sure in my all-life the top 3.
Meanwhile i'm really looking forward to see The Cure for the third time in a few months.

contemplating going to tokyo to see radiohead. just once in my life i wanna see them, a lot of other acts i can live without, when it comes to radiohead i don't wanna die knowing i could have but didn't because of money or whatevr.
Feel the same, but not really interested in Lolla.

Just picked up tickets to see Florist in San Diego in a couple months when we vacation there. Pumped to see a Stripes' band in person, do something awesome on vacation, hopefully snag a shirt, all the good dumb stuff. I normally seem to miss stuff by a day on either side whenever I travel so I'm stoked that it's working out perfect.

Songs are super well executed live.

Electric wizard and drive like jehu back to back has to be the most unfair line up I have ever seen.

It is sorta pricey. $250 for a 3 day pass. TOTALLY worth it though

up in scandinavia we get ONE of those bands once every year, MAYBE. you got a fucking jackpot.
that's insane.
Same here in Italy, maybe there are more chances to catch more than one of those bands, but i have never seen a bill like this.

To me the lineup for the price is awful, but it's all about what you like. I couldn't get into a 3 day festival anymore. Maybe if I was 18 or something. I need my fucking sleep, in my bed, with my wife. LOL

Boris is on the bill and I've been trying to see those fuckers for like 6 years.

I didn't see them on there. That would be awesome, but I couldn't last three days. LOL. I guess I'm just turning into an old cranky pants. hahaha

Looking at going to Say Anything/mewithoutYou in May and maybe wither Tallest Man On Earth, Shakey Graves, or Beirut in July.
D.o.S. I'm gonna be in Portland at some point in July and I'll let you know when I'm coming. So you can be *conveniently* out of town.
