As with anywhere, there're some good people, but, for the most part, it is dreadful.

I don't personally have anything against John but I know he handled 3 of my homies order in a non professional manner. If he's changed, that's awesome. He hasn't really popped back in her after avoiding peoples inquires, so I don't respect that at all. As I recall he deleted all the questions in his Shark Tank, then bailed in 2015. Sooo...yea.

Sorry man--not really trying to take a poke at ya, just jokin' around a little bit. You're right, it appears John has left the building, and with some unhappy folks here. I never had anything but good dealings myself, and from all appearances his shop is now and has for some time been in order and things running smoothly for customers. I feel that he is a good guy and means well and cares about his craft and his business, so I am sorry to hear that people have felt otherwise - - not questioning the legitimacy of your or anyone else's feelings though....
