Not pictured: Fulltone Clyde Deluxe

Once I figured out the repeats knob was the key to unlocking the Dispatch Master I totally fell in love with that pedal. Even though I use delay pretty sparingly.

I've had that chorus pedal before...was one of the best chorus pedals i've ever heard. i'm pretty sure our settings are about the same too. I use to have mine on all the time as a tone shaper...made my tone sound massive.

Already outdated, I'm completely changing it even before it's wired up

Small unimportant detail I'm rather proud of: The board itself and case cost me about $25 total :)
Plan to power everything with a single one-spot. Again though, the finished version should be lean and mean, probably just cheap dirt, the tuner, and an a/b/y switch.

Edit: Different pciture, one step closer to where I want it to be. Dano Fab Tone instead of OBNE Haunt.

All super fuzz variants are tits.
Get onto rectifying that.

FZ2 may sound the most evil, be warned about the harsh mid scoop, however.
I'd really like an original Ibanez Standard Fuzz, but my bank says no.
May have to one settle for a creepy fingers clone instead.
But then you miss out on the rad enclosure and the sliders.
THE SLIDERS.

I had a verellen big spider at one point and didn't really like it, also had the guyatone tz-2 awhile back and it was ok with my rig at the time but never really wowed me. Really thinking I'm not a superfuzz kinda guy.

Fz-2's have been utilized on some of my favorite records though, the wiz of course but also was all over deftones adrenaline, that was the shit back in '96 lmao. Seems like I should shell out some dough on one as I've never seen one sub $100

My fuzz sound is a mix of medium gain fz-2 and medium gain sunn beta preamp. Soooo good. I love that pedal.

I did, on my bigger board. Unmusical, annoying...And fucking brutal. As in, make sure your speakers can handle it, wear safety goggles, and keep small children indoors.

True story: My amp -tube head- danced right off of the cab it was on because of the vibration, fell straight on is face. If you know what the average 100 watt head weighs, you can imagine what sort of frequencies and volume levels we're talking about here :)

I tried replacing the FZ-2 with a lot of different superfuzz variants. Really nice ones too, but dispite my Gass for something 'cooler', I kept going back to the FZ-2. It adds a little extra, can't even really put my finger on it (gain, compression, grit,...?), which makes it more menacing, less vintage-y than a stock superfuzz type of circuit.

Doooo iiiiiitt!
