lookin for a true klone ends up with one
ITS GOTTA SOUND TOTALLY FUCKRD UP
i mean zero tranparancy
this should not enhance the tone of your two rock
button pushed
whammo
klonopins centuar junk smashes your amp right up the tube socket
its ILF
its gotta be awesome
ok....so you could intergrate in a micro controller...
so...its true klon for a preset time (ie the average time of a 12 bar blues progression noodle) say 5 minutes.
after that...it bricks itself and reverts to
a- feedback loop
b - blinking led/ldr which shunts to ground (random stuttering tremolo)
c - LFOs spliced into every knob activated (so vol, gain.tone are all repeadily turned up and down up and down)
d - flips to a disgusting fuzz circuit (ie tim escobedos uglyface)
e - all of the above
and the only way to get out of this is to unplug and re plug the power jack.
I'm crying out loud laughing here, that would be awesome!
Combine this with the idea from echodeluxe and we really have something that could put some people in sanitarium.

only in death will they find peace
or it could just make your tolex sound tweedy
either way

Maybe call it the Kloning Mishap?
I built an octave up into my klone. Turns out the klon makes an awesome octave fuzz.

Yeah, I saw that. (Also, Jero's been doing stuff like this for a while.) It sounds OK, but have you seen the demos:

Ryan and Steve of 60 Cycle Hum are funny guys. I listen to their podcast from time to time, and if you can stand the P&W talk, it's pretty entertaining stuff.
