That was for a DIY version at a workshop. So it would probably be up to twice that price, which would still be very reasonable if it sounds ok.

Yeah. He builds these about 15 minutes from where I live in PDX. There was a beautiful one on local craigslist for about half an hour a few weeks back.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of most of his designs, but I think he struck gold with that model.

Yes, that's the impression I'm getting. My old AD-9 still blows me away, so keen on trying the SUPER DELUXE MEGA GREAT version. Also, they can be had cheapish (ie. $100 less than you guys price) when bought from Japan.
